Can you believe that 2014 is already coming to an end? Time flies when you’re having fun! This was our first year in existence, and what a year it was. It was truly a year to remember filled with dreams, risks, lessons learned, and excitement for what’s ahead. Without further ado, here’s a recap of some of the highlights from the last 12 months…
Worship Gatherings
Throughout the year, we had multiple worship gatherings throughout NYC and NJ. We also partnered with various ministries and churches to come together for one purpose, and that was to seek God. Every time we came together, God showed up in powerful ways. It was a tremendous blessing to connect with so many like-minded brothers and sisters through these gatherings. Blog
In 2014 we started a blog to share what God has been doing in our ministry and our lives. We also started a new feature called “FRONTIER”, which highlighted men and women who were taking the Kingdom of God into new frontiers. You can read all of our blog posts here.
Podcast
This year we started our very own podcast called PURSUITCAST. It started as a way to encourage people and stir their hearts for revival. We have sermon clips as well as interviews with leaders from all over the country. It was a tremendous privilege to sit down with such anointed men and women of God. Pursuit Apparel
One of our passions at Pursuit is to take the Kingdom to all realms and spheres, including fashion. This past year we released three items to spread our message and spark conversations with people on thestreets. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and supportive. Stay tuned for more releases in the new year!
#PURSUITNB
This past spring, we had our first ever missions trip! College students sacrificed their spring break to serve and love the city of New Brunswick. It was a powerful time of pouring into our region and shining the light of God. You can watch our video collage here as well as listen to our podcast interview with the team members here.
Looking ahead to 2015…
This upcoming year is looking even brighter! We plan on continuing all the things we started in 2014, but taking it to the next level. We already have a conference for young men planned to kick off the new year. You can find more information here. We are also planning on having a conference for young women as well in March. (Details coming soon!)
I wanted to take this time to personally thank every single one of you. It’s been an incredible journey these past few years, and this past year especially has been a dream come true. It was difficult for sure, but so worth it. I couldn’t have done it without YOU. I count it a tremendous privilege to be able to share this journey with you. Thank you to all who have prayed for us and given their time, their support, their finances, etc. to make Pursuit NYC a reality.
